Our degree programme has been carefully put together and has received input and endorsement from stakeholders. Locally and within in Africa, the Department is supported by industry partners such as the Ghana National Petroleum Corporation (GNPC), Ghana Geological Survey Authority, the University of Port Harcourt, Nigeria and other global partners.
Graduates from our programme are equipped to work as Exploration Geologists, Production Geologists, Petroleum Geochemist, Exploration Geophysicists, and Development Geophysicists with top multinational and independent petroleum exploration and production companies’ petroleum service companies, geophysical exploration, and service companies as well as governmental agencies and regulatory bodies across the world.
